Treasury Manager

About the role

Majestic Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Treasury Manager in Cairo to lead treasury and cash management activities. The role ensures effective liquidity management, cash-flow forecasting, banking operations, payment controls and availability of funds to support business needs. It also involves supervising Treasury and Bank Accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily cash position and liquidity requirements.
• Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast, monitor actual cash flow against forecast and analyse variances.
• Manage banking relationships, facilities, transfers and payment processes.
• Coordinate expected collections and planned payments with Accounts Receivable, Collections and Accounts Payable.
• Optimise the use of banking facilities and financing costs.
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items.
• Maintain controls over payments and banking access.
• Provide weekly cash-flow and liquidity reports to Finance management.
• Support Odoo Treasury, Banking, Payment and Cash Management processes, including testing and implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant Treasury/finance experience.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
• Pharmaceutical, FMCG or distribution experience preferred.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on cash-flow forecasting and liquidity management experience.
• Strong banking and facilities management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Odoo experience is preferred, especially in Treasury, Banking, Payments and Cash Management.
