Universal Banker – Retail Banking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Universal Banker to join our new Beverly Hills branch in Egypt. The role combines teller operations, customer service and sales to deliver a seamless banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash transactions at teller counters following the new branch model.
• Manage customer expectations, acquire new walk‑in customers and cross‑sell banking products.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, logging each case and coordinating with relevant units.
• Educate customers on alternative channels and digital banking tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies to achieve “zero” operational loss and meet KPI targets.
• Address complex financial issues, including cash shortages, excesses and potential fraud.

Required profile

• University graduate with 2‑3 years of branch banking experience.
• Age between 23 and 30 years.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital technologies.
