About the role

We are looking for a proactive Universal Banker to join our new Beverly Hills branch in Egypt. The role combines teller operations, customer service and sales to deliver a seamless banking experience.

Key responsibilities

Process cash transactions at teller counters following the new branch model.
Manage customer expectations, acquire new walk‑in customers and cross‑sell banking products.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, logging each case and coordinating with relevant units.
Educate customers on alternative channels and digital banking tools.
Ensure compliance with policies to achieve “zero” operational loss and meet KPI targets.
Address complex financial issues, including cash shortages, excesses and potential fraud.

Required profile

University graduate with 2‑3 years of branch banking experience.
Age between 23 and 30 years.
Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital technologies.
