Vendor Operations Associate – Amazon Now

About the role

Join Amazon Now’s Vendor Operations team and help shape a new grocery business from the ground up. You will work directly with vendors to streamline their use of Amazon’s platform, ensuring smooth purchase‑order management, shipment coordination, and overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist vendors in mastering Amazon tools and provide ongoing operational support such as PO management and shipment tracking.
• Conduct face‑to‑face interactions with vendors, manufacturers, and customers to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Identify and correct data errors, maintain accurate records, and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including supply‑chain, fulfillment, and planning—to enhance vendor metrics and inventory levels.
• Analyze operational data, own challenges, and implement corrective actions.
