Video Director – AI & Marketing (Remote)

About the role

Orange Antelopes is looking for a senior Video Director to lead AI‑enhanced video production for luxury brands worldwide. You will shape visual storytelling, integrate cutting‑edge AI tools, and deliver high‑impact video content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of global video assets, including brand campaigns, property showcases, investor presentations, virtual tours, testimonials, and event coverage.
• Translate scripts and creative briefs into shot lists, storyboards, and detailed production plans.
• Direct on‑location and studio shoots across the UAE and international markets, managing crew, talent, and logistics.
• Maintain visual and cinematic standards that align with the luxury positioning of the client.
• Oversee color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and post‑production workflows to deliver broadcast‑quality assets.
• Integrate AI‑powered production tools to accelerate ideation, pre‑visualization, and asset creation.
• Supervise AI interns and collaborate with AI operators to ensure brand‑aligned output.
• Work with social, paid media, and lead‑generation teams to produce platform‑native video formats optimized for each channel.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in video production, preferably in luxury or high‑end markets.
• Fluent Arabic and conversational English.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑market projects and deliver on time and on budget.
