Join the Sheraton team as a Waiter, delivering memorable guest experiences in a vibrant hospitality environment. You will be part of a Guest Service Expert crew that ensures every meal feels special.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, attending to guest needs throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and handle waste disposal.
• Read and verify menu information, assist guests with selections, and process transactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), standing, walking, and navigating uneven surfaces for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle physical demands of the role.
• Commitment to safety, company policies, and professional appearance.

• Basic reading and verification of menu details.
• Fundamental math for handling guest transactions.
• Effective communication with guests, kitchen staff, and team members.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move in a fast‑paced environment.
