About the role

Join the inaugural Morgans Originals hotel in Egypt as a Waiter, delivering a personalized and memorable dining experience for guests in a vibrant, lifestyle‑focused setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide tailored menu recommendations based on preferences, dietary needs and the restaurant’s specialty.
• Answer detailed questions about ingredients, preparation methods, allergens and seasonal menu changes.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation, timing and the brand’s service standards.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee timely delivery and correct preparation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
