Warehouse Associate (PWD) – Fulfillment Center

About the role

This position is open exclusively to persons with disabilities (PWD). You will join a dedicated team that prepares customer orders in a fast‑paced fulfillment center, staying active and on the move throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory.
• Pick, pack, and ready customer orders for shipment.
• Load boxes onto trucks for dispatch.
• Operate around moving equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, mobile carts, and occasionally robots.
• Use handheld scanners to read bar codes and follow on‑screen prompts.
• Share daily safety tips with co‑workers.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand basic English.
• Egyptian national (no visa sponsorship).
• Physically able to lift up to 22 kg and perform standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Comfortable using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and navigating stairs where applicable.
• Willingness to wear safety vest, closed‑toed shoes, and follow safety protocols.
• Capable of working in temperatures ranging from 20 °C to 30 °C (occasionally higher) and in a noisy environment (hearing protection provided).
