Warehouse Head

About the role

EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company committed to health and well-being, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Head in Giza. The role manages and oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with quality standards and timely distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimise inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and scheduling.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfilment.
• Oversee inventory control, conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports on warehouse performance and support internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and quality compliance standards.
• Experience with WMS and ERP software, including proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle and MS Office.
