Warehouse Manager

About the role

Qureos Inc, a well‑reputed industrial company in Alexandria, Egypt, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its high‑volume warehouse operations. The role requires strong leadership, process optimisation, and close collaboration with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all inbound and outbound activities for spare parts, packing materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Manage daily workflow to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, achieving high inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the warehouse team to meet productivity, safety, and quality targets.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, Egyptian labour laws, fire safety).
• Coordinate with transportation providers to optimise loading, unloading, and shipment documentation.
• Utilise SAP‑ERP for warehouse management and generate KPI reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of progressive warehouse experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within a major industrial corporation.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, high‑volume warehouse environments.
