Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures smooth material flow, accurate inventory records, and compliance with safety and procedural standards within a project‑based warehouse environment. The role involves supervising staff, managing audits, and coordinating with project managers and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external audit observations in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
• Lead physical count processes, including annual inventory verification.
• Manage transfers of items between projects based on real needs.
• Enforce HSE instructions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance, cleanliness, and proper item arrangement to prevent waste or damage.
• Allocate tasks among storekeepers to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Record all transactions (receiving, issuing, transfer, return) in the ERP system and verify periodic accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing representatives to release purchase orders.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels per project manager directives.
• Prepare monthly movement reports by category and expiry alerts.
• Submit scrap selling requests after project manager approval.
• Evaluate warehouse team performance twice a year.

Required profile

• BSc degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in a warehousing facility.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
