Weekend Part-Time Concierge (Array at West Alex)

About the role

The Weekend Part‑Time Concierge supports residents and visitors at the Array at West Alex community, providing a welcoming front‑desk experience and coordinating resident services during weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects, residents and visitors, ensuring a comfortable waiting environment.
• Answer and route phone calls, handle service‑request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, oversee payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Log package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and manage equipment‑rental and dry‑cleaning logs.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support.
