About the role
The Account Manager will drive business growth for a leading training and development provider by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts across the Middle East and Europe. The role blends business development with account management, focusing on strong client relationships and tailored training solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities to acquire new clients and grow existing local and regional accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop business plans and sales strategies to support revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Prepare and execute action plans for lead generation and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering presentations and proposing tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, and performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Experience in training, events, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strategic thinking, planning skills and a leadership/ownership mindset.
- Very good command of English.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong skills in sales analytics and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
