Account Manager (Course Renewal)

About the role
The Account Manager will focus on renewing existing customers’ course subscriptions, helping them continue their learning journey while driving revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored renewal solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to present renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learning needs and recommend personalized renewal plans.
- Monitor students’ progress, analyse performance data and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on performance‑based commissions.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and surpass sales objectives.
