Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Ocoda Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of client accounts in Egypt. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining long‑term partnerships and high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets via renewals, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance and serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Conduct regular business review meetings to assess campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and overall account health, handling concerns and escalations promptly.
• Prepare performance reports, insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Maintain accurate client data, activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success or account executive roles within a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience working with clients in the Saudi market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
