Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

Dot IT is seeking an Account Manager with digital marketing experience to serve as the primary liaison for our clients. You will help translate client goals into effective branding, web, SEO, social media, and media‑buying strategies while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Understand client objectives and design comprehensive digital marketing strategies covering branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM and media buying.
• Coordinate between clients and internal specialist teams to execute campaigns and deliver results.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional services and present them to clients.
• Monitor project performance, provide regular updates, and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and timely delivery of all deliverables.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on account management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
