About the role
The Account Manager – HORECA will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the hospitality sector. This role focuses on achieving monthly targets, introducing new products and ensuring timely deliveries and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate and adapt contract agreements with key customers.
- Manage the rollout of new product introductions.
- Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the Unit Manager.
- Ensure customers meet payment terms and follow up on collections.
- Guarantee complete and on‑time delivery of sales orders.
- Increase the range of products used by each account (vertical growth).
- Develop ideas and programs to grow business with key customers.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts for dry and chilled products within the territory.
- Follow the monthly territory route plan and maintain high‑level relationships with all key contacts.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Fluent English language skills.
- High negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales experience in an FMCG environment is a plus.
- 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
