About the role

We are seeking an energetic, English‑speaking Server to join our hotel’s restaurant team in Cairo. As the front‑line host, you will deliver exceptional service, create memorable dining experiences, and represent the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to guarantee timely food preparation.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area in line with food‑safety regulations.
• Perform side‑work such as restocking supplies and preparing the dining space.

Required profile

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including peak service times.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
• Food handling certification (if required by local regulations).
