Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as the day‑to‑day partner for our clients while overseeing the delivery of projects across factory, design and finance teams. The role combines client relationship management with end‑to‑end project coordination to ensure timely, on‑budget, and on‑brief outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects from scope definition to delivery, managing timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams – factory, design and finance – to meet client expectations and project specifications.
• Drive account growth by identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, renewing contracts and increasing share of wallet.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling briefs, approvals, expectations and issue resolution across POSM, retail production, activations, events and exhibitions.
• Own commercial performance of each account, safeguarding margins, flagging scope creep and pricing risks early.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional groups to ensure profitable delivery of sold solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management or client services.
• Background in advertising, branding, POSM or production is preferred.
