About the role

The Account Manager will lead client relationships for a marketing agency, driving business growth and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns. The role blends sales, client servicing, and strategic insight to build long‑term partnerships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead client pitches, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and upsell agency services.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, digital and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and on‑time delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing innovations to inform growth strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports, revenue forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • 4+ years of account management experience within a marketing, advertising or creative agency.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a client‑centric mindset.
  • Fluent English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
