About the role

Nutrifits is seeking a highly organized and commercially driven Account Manager to manage client relationships, support business growth, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments. The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction while driving revenue across Nutrifits’ healthy food and beverage portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, business goals and operational requirements.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts, promote new products and increase sales volume.
  • Coordinate client orders, pricing, delivery schedules and ensure accurate quotations, invoices and records.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, monitor sales targets and account profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date CRM data and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Experience in food, FMCG, hospitality, retail or B2B account management environments.
  • Strong communication, sales and follow‑up abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain long‑term partnerships.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
