Accounts Payable Accountant – Food & Beverage

About the role
The Payable Accountant will join Owtworx’s finance team to manage day‑to‑day accounts payable activities for the food & beverage sector. You will ensure that invoices are processed accurately, vendors are paid on time, and financial records remain up‑to‑date, supporting the company’s commitment to operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and schedule payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update vendor master data.
- Prepare periodic accounts payable reports and financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and related tools.
