About the role
Geidea is seeking an Acquiring Relationship Manager to join its Alexandria team. The role focuses on acquiring new merchant accounts and expanding relationships with existing clients for the company’s POS acceptance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new merchants to grow the acquiring portfolio.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing merchants to increase transaction volume.
- Coordinate onboarding, invoicing, and collections to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote Geidea’s payment products, cross-sell additional solutions and drive profitability.
- Conduct market research on competitors and emerging opportunities.
- Liaise between merchants and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, fintech or payment solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer-first mindset.
