About the role
The Administrative Specialist – Reception will organise and deliver a wide range of administrative services, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment and supporting employee and visitor needs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain facility functionality by arranging minor maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and replenish office inventory in line with budget constraints.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and coordinate with external vendors.
- Plan and execute office events, visits and internal initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for Cargill employees and visitors in Egypt, including transportation, accommodation and logistics.
- Support continuous improvement of quality, safety and productivity standards.
- Train, allocate tasks to and evaluate the performance of administrative clerks and drivers.
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with MS Office.
- Proven experience in administrative and facility management operations.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
