Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the role

Homzmart is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to lead and expand its affiliate program. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in marketing, partnerships, sales, or account management. You will work closely with agencies, finance, and legal teams to drive revenue growth through strategic affiliate relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner acquisition: Identify, approach, and recruit new agencies to join the affiliate program.
• Onboarding management: Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process until partners are fully live.
• Documentation & compliance: Coordinate with Finance and Legal to finalize contracts and necessary paperwork.
• Performance monitoring: Track affiliate performance against KPIs and targets.
• Revenue growth: Drive month‑over‑month increases in affiliates' revenue share through active account management.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
