After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

Hikvision is seeking an After Sales Service Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of its security products after they leave the factory. You will be the technical bridge between customers and the company, handling repairs, managing returns, and supporting on‑site projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product repairs for units returned by customers.
• Manage Hikvision RMA and Service Center operations, including spare‑parts inventory.
• Promote and support the authorized RMA system and related service business.
• Provide on‑site service support for projects when required.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in all after‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Hikvision HCSA, CCST or other maintenance certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with soldering tools and hot‑air rework stations.
• Good command of written and spoken English; experience preparing test reports and technical feedback is advantageous.
