Agency Manager – TikTok LIVE (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for an Agency Manager for TikTok LIVE based in Cairo. The role will expand the local agency ecosystem, incubate partners through structured programs, and drive creator growth and monetization across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of agencies, set monthly and quarterly priorities, and develop success plans for creator growth, activity, and revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews, track performance against targets, and create action plans to address gaps.
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agencies and talent organisations to grow the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Egypt.
• Build and manage agency communities, design incubation programs, and run incentive-driven campaigns to increase creator onboarding and revenue.
• Monitor agency and creator performance metrics, share insights with internal stakeholders, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data and other teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven experience in account management, partner management, business development or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agency portfolios, conduct performance reviews and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
