AI & Automation Analyst

About the role

The AI & Automation Analyst will leverage artificial intelligence and automation technologies to enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making. Working closely with stakeholders, the analyst will design, develop, and integrate AI‑powered solutions that create measurable value for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation across business functions.
• Design and develop applications, tools, and automated workflows.
• Create detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Develop and implement AI algorithms, machine‑learning models, and automation scripts.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, digital platforms, and workflows.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with requirements.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and end‑users to align solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–4 years of professional experience with AI technologies, machine‑learning algorithms, and automation tools.
• Relevant certifications such as RPA Developer, AI/ML, or PMP are preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, and Java.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities, including data cleaning and preparation.
• Experience developing AI algorithms, machine‑learning models, and automation scripts.
• Ability to code and script automation workflows.
• Testing and validation of AI/automation solutions.
• Integration of AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, and related web technologies.
