AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, build and maintain low‑code and pro‑code AI agents on Microsoft Azure. You will work on cutting‑edge generative‑AI technologies, creating scalable multi‑tenant SaaS solutions that integrate large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation and enterprise tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI services.
• Implement multi‑agent architectures, orchestration, tool integration and RAG pipelines.
• Build modular, configurable extensions for customer‑specific needs within a SaaS environment.
• Ensure production stability, performance monitoring and cost optimisation (tokens, caching).
• Establish automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Perform prompt engineering, fine‑tuning and ongoing performance tuning of models.

Required profile

• Product‑oriented mindset with focus on scalable solutions.
• Analytical attitude towards agent behaviour and performance.
• Commitment to engineering excellence, clean code and automated testing.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of large language models, generative AI and RAG architectures.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as MCP and A2A.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Nice‑to‑have: familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform or other enterprise integrations.
