AIOps Presales Design Support Architect

About the role

As an AIOps Presales Design Support Architect you will lead the design and demonstration of end‑to‑end AIOps solutions for global sales teams and enterprise customers. You will translate complex IT operational challenges into AI‑driven architectures that integrate ITSM, observability and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to assess customer environments and architect comprehensive AIOps solutions.
• Design integrations with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC), observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk) and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and deliver proofs of concept, technical demos and executive presentations showcasing anomaly detection, predictive analytics and automated root‑cause analysis.
• Lead discovery workshops to analyse telemetry data (logs, metrics, traces, events) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide advisory on AI/ML use cases for incident prediction, automated remediation and alert noise reduction.
• Address technical objections, articulate differentiators and influence the sales narrative.
• Create sales enablement materials such as whitepapers, case studies and competitive analyses.
• Partner with product management to relay customer feedback and shape the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in AIOps, presales or solution architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering AI‑driven IT operations solutions.
• Strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and conduct workshops.
