Air Ticketing Manager – Lead Flight Operations

About the role

Alouf Travel is seeking an experienced Air Ticketing Manager to oversee its flight operations and drive excellence in ticketing services. You will lead a dedicated team, manage airline relationships, and ensure smooth daily ticket issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily air ticketing operations and ensure efficient issuance.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies to increase market share.
• Manage and nurture relationships with airlines and suppliers to secure optimal rates and services.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the ticketing team to maintain high‑quality customer service.
• Stay updated with global reservation system enhancements and implement them within the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a travel agency.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus/Galileo).
• Strong negotiation skills with travel suppliers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proximity to 6th of October City is preferred.
