AMG Sales Consultant – Luxury Automotive Sales

About the role

Represent and grow the Mercedes‑AMG business by delivering an exceptional, highly personalized performance‑focused customer experience to AMG prospects and owners. The consultant builds strong relationships with high‑value customers, understands their performance and lifestyle preferences, and matches them with the right AMG product and ownership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and certified pre‑owned vehicles.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing.
• Promote financial services, trade‑in programmes and value‑added products to support deal closure.
• Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience aligned with Mercedes‑Benz brand values.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate models and configurations.
• Manage test drives, product demonstrations and showroom walk‑arounds professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the entire Mercedes‑Benz model range, features, technologies and pricing.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer data and activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads from showroom traffic, digital channels, events and referrals.
• Coordinate with product experts, finance advisors and delivery teams for seamless handover.
• Support junior sales team members through guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
