About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Arabic.
  • Provide accurate and timely support, resolving issues and complaints.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and service requests.
  • Follow established company processes and quality standards.

Required profile

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) with good English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 + years of experience in customer service or support.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and professional attitude.
  • Stable employment history with good tenure continuity.

Required skills

  • Experience using CRM or support ticketing systems.
