About the role
We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Arabic.
- Provide accurate and timely support, resolving issues and complaints.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and service requests.
- Follow established company processes and quality standards.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) with good English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in customer service or support.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and professional attitude.
- Stable employment history with good tenure continuity.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM or support ticketing systems.
