About the role
Sutherland Cairo is looking for an English‑speaking Technical Support Advisor to join its call centre in New Cairo. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical assistance to customers via phone, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers over the phone in English.
- Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Recent graduate or dropout (no gap years).
- Valid military service certificate.
- Ability to submit required documents within 30 days.
- Criminal record clearance within 3 days.
