About the role

Bilibili is expanding its global footprint and seeks an Arabic‑speaking Operations professional to shape content strategy for the MENA region. You will bridge local cultural insights with global product goals to drive engaging, locally‑relevant video experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide local cultural insight and feedback to guide content operations and presentation for MENA users.
• Assist in selecting and curating content that resonates with regional social norms and user interests.
• Onboard, manage, and coordinate relationships with local KOLs/KOCs to ensure consistent, high‑quality creator output.
• Plan and execute online content initiatives that reflect local emotions and real‑life scenarios, boosting participation.
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams, delivering continuous local content and cultural guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of experience in social media, content platforms, or creator operations.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English for professional communication.
• Extended living, study, or work experience in the MENA region and deep understanding of its culture and social context.
• Strong sensitivity to local content trends and ability to predict what will gain organic traction.
• Empathy for local lifestyles, emotional needs, and content preferences.
