Architectural Site Engineer

About the role

Charis is looking for a full‑time Architectural Site Engineer to join its on‑site team in Cairo. The role focuses on supervising construction activities, ensuring designs are executed accurately, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and verify compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address technical issues promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and monitor site conditions to protect personnel and assets.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in on‑site engineering or construction supervision within the architectural sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
• Experience in project management, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
