Architecture Design Team Leader – Interior & Exterior

About the role

We are a growing real‑estate development company expanding our in‑house design unit. The Architecture Design Team Leader will head a multidisciplinary team to create innovative interior and exterior solutions for large‑scale commercial projects such as malls and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design process from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
• Produce and review detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit, SketchUp and Rhino.
• Coordinate design efforts with electro‑mechanical and structural disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Supervise, mentor and provide technical direction to junior architects and designers.
• Participate in client and project meetings, present design concepts and resolve technical issues.
• Respond to RFIs and maintain design intent throughout construction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines and quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional architectural design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience on mega‑commercial projects (malls, hotels) within a consultancy environment.
• Fluent English and residency in or near 6th of October City or El‑Sheikh Zayed preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong skills in SketchUp.
• Competence with Rhino.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
