Architecture Design Team Leader (Interior & Exterior)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real‑estate development company looking for an experienced Architecture Design Team Leader to head our in‑house design unit. The role focuses on delivering innovative interior and exterior architectural solutions for large‑scale commercial projects such as malls and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design process—from concept through construction documents—for interior and exterior projects.
• Produce and review detailed drawings using Revit, SketchUp and Rhino.
• Coordinate design efforts with electro‑mechanical and structural engineers to ensure integrated solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing technical direction and feedback.
• Present design concepts to clients and project teams, and resolve technical issues during meetings.
• Respond to RFIs and maintain design intent throughout construction.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines and quality of deliverables to uphold design excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• 10+ years of architectural design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience on mega‑commercial projects (malls, hotels) within a consultancy environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Residency in 6th of October City, El‑Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
