About the role
The Area Sales Supervisor will lead a local sales team in the Delta region, driving growth for Multimedica Sco's medical equipment portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Visit healthcare providers, build relationships, and handle pre‑ and post‑sale inquiries.
- Analyse market trends, prepare sales reports, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Support product training and demonstrations for customers and sales staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in medical devices or healthcare sales.
- Proven track record in territory management, account development, and meeting sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on‑site in Delta and travel within the assigned area.
