Assistant Dark Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Dark Store Manager supports the Fulfillment Point Operations on the ground, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Working closely with the Dark Store & Last Mile Operations Manager and customer service, this role helps maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day dark‑store operations and order fulfillment.
• Monitor order accuracy, timeliness, and shipping quality.
• Prevent product damage, shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
• Track goods flow through the stock management system and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for fulfillment processes.
• Analyze current operations and propose improvements.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work on a shift basis.
• Excellent command of English.
• Leadership skills for multi‑functional team coordination.
• Conflict‑resolution capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management software packages.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
