Assistant Fulfillment Point Manager – Dark Store Operations

About the role

The Assistant Fulfillment Point Manager supports the Dark Store & Last Mile Operations Manager by overseeing daily order fulfillment, quality control, and logistics within a dark‑store environment. This role ensures that orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and that the workspace remains safe and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing fulfillment point (FP) operations on the ground.
• Ensure orders are filled, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
• Prevent product damage, shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
• Monitor the flow of goods through the stock management system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Prepare and update SOPs for fulfillment processes.
• Analyze current operations and recommend improvements.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse software packages.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
