Assistant Manager - Digital Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Digital Operations Coordinator to join Nestlé's Digital Hub in Egypt. The role supports multiple business units, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day execution of digital projects, budget oversight, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Act as custodian of digital budgets across business units, tracking spend, commitments and payment timelines.
• Support issuance and monitoring of purchase orders, invoices and payments, liaising with finance, procurement and agencies.
• Maintain regular budget trackers and provide reporting updates to leadership.
• Coordinate daily operational requirements for digital initiatives, managing timelines, tickets and dependencies.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation and operational governance across campaigns.
• Facilitate communication and follow‑up among internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, digital or marketing operations.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, websites, CRM, search and media.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience handling budgets, trackers, invoices or purchase‑order processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
