About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support our Priority banking segment at the Maadi branch. The role focuses on delivering wealth‑management solutions, growing the affluent client base and ensuring a high‑quality service experience for existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize the value of the Priority customer base by promoting wealth‑management products and services.
- Identify and acquire new affluent customers for the bank.
- Maximize profitability of the Priority segment while countering competition.
- Safeguard the bank against potential losses through diligent risk awareness.
- Maintain and improve service quality for Priority customers, proactively addressing issues.
- Achieve revenue, sales and portfolio growth targets across products such as term deposits and CASA balances.
- Minimize customer attrition and ensure regular contact with clients.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of retail and priority banking services.
- Customer‑focused mindset with ability to anticipate client needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work towards sales and revenue targets.
