About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store performance and high customer satisfaction. This role combines operational oversight with staff leadership to meet sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving store KPIs and overall organizational objectives.
  • Help control discounts, expenses, stock‑loss, and sell‑through to maintain profitability.
  • Manage operational tasks such as staff scheduling, supplier coordination, and contractor liaison.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, provide product information, and foster lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify and address technical training needs of store staff on products, policies, and service standards.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar retail management role.
  • Preferably experience with a comparable brand.
  • High‑level proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of local culture, sensitivities, and current fashion trends.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office.
