About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent with a strong customer‑support mindset to drive new business and ensure client satisfaction for our software solutions. The role blends lead generation, deal closing, and post‑sale support to build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and digital channels.
- Present and sell software solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after closing deals.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction, pursue retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to manage both sales and post‑sale support responsibilities.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
