Associate Manager – Marketplace Listings

About the role

The Associate Manager – Marketplace Listings will enhance the marketplace catalogue and support sellers by ensuring product listings are accurate, complete and of high quality. Working closely with the Marketplace team, you will help optimise the customer experience on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the category tree by identifying levels and nodes.
• Supervise listing templates, defining mandatory attributes, values and optional fields.
• Develop content guidelines and structure for product listings.
• Collaborate with the Marketplace team to improve listing quality and completeness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product information including descriptions, images and specifications.
• Conduct regular audits to detect and correct discrepancies.
• Assist sellers in creating and optimising their product listings.
• Ensure compliance with listing standards such as pricing, categorisation and tagging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Language Studies, Translation, Digital Media, Business, Journalism, Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in content creation, moderation, catalogue enhancement or A+ content creation.
• Preferably 3 years experience in retail/e‑commerce or a closely related industry.
• Strong self‑motivation, ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, professional attitude and proven performance against SLA, quality and productivity targets.
