Associate Manager - Performance Marketing

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is looking for an Associate Manager - Performance Marketing within its MAF Retail group, based in the retail corporate unit in Egypt. The role suits a highly analytical, execution-driven marketer who can drive customer growth across the retail e-commerce business while keeping strict CAC and ROAS targets. It sits alongside CRM, analytics, onsite and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance marketing execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and affiliate channels.
• Drive customer acquisition growth while maintaining strict CAC and ROAS targets.
• Partner with CRM, analytics, onsite and commercial teams so campaigns match trading priorities and lifecycle objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and find optimization opportunities in creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages and conversion flows.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking acquisition, retention, revenue contribution, incrementality and marketing efficiency.
• Support promotional and seasonal category-specific campaigns.
• Work with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness and conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or e-commerce acquisition.
• Proven experience managing high-scale acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of mobile app funnels, retention metrics and customer lifecycle marketing.

Required skills

• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, app marketing platforms and attribution tools.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
