职位概况

万豪酒店在埃及开罗招聘水疗接待员，负责为客人提供SPA区域的导览、设施使用说明及基本服务，工作时间为全职。

主要职责

迎接客人并介绍更衣室、休息区及接待站的使用方法。
提供饮用水、果汁或加热颈枕等便利设施。
回答客人关于酒店设施的常见问题。
陪同客人往返治疗室，确保行程顺畅。
定时检查并更新电脑排班信息。
保持工作区、治疗室、更衣室及休息区的清洁。
妥善处理垃圾和脏床单，按规定存放用品。
交班前检查并锁定设备和物资。

任职要求

高中或同等学历（G.E.D.）。
无相关工作经验要求。
能够搬运不超过10磅的物品，长时间站立或行走。
具备良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识。
遵守公司政策，保持仪容仪表整洁专业。

必备技能

基本的电脑操作能力，能够使用排班系统。
熟悉清洁与卫生维护流程。
