Automation Developer

About the role

The Automation Developer will join the Process Automation Factory within Coca-Cola HBC’s Digital & Technology Platform Services. You will design, build, test and deploy RPA solutions—primarily using UiPath—that integrate with SAP and other enterprise applications across 29 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of new RPA processes, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing and go‑live.
• Develop and configure automations according to Process Design Documents, ensuring they meet security, governance and maintainability standards.
• Support SMEs and Process Owners in creating and maintaining documentation such as PDDs, SDDs and process flows.
• Monitor, govern and continuously improve live automations to ensure stability, performance and compliance with SLAs.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with UiPath (certification a plus) and 4 years working with databases, ERP systems (preferably SAP) and analytics tools.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
