About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Engineer to join our New Cairo service centre. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze automotive systems and perform detailed diagnostics on mechanical and electronic components.
• Repair and maintain vehicles, adhering to industry standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and share knowledge.
• Provide high‑quality service to customers, addressing their concerns promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with Volkswagen Group vehicles.
• Strong analytical abilities for diagnosing mechanical and electronic problems.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment and a commitment to quality.
